The pay is good, but the layoffs are killing employee morale
Good pay, good benefits. Bonuses depend on the success of the company.
Layoffs have caused a lot of issues with employee morale. Everyone is tired, and the layoffs keep coming, so you continue to get more and more work for the same pay.
We were told a 15% headcount reduction would be happening this most recent round, and certain departments ended up being more like 30%. We need full transparency.
