Corporate culture is getting worse
I like my manager and most of my teammates.
The layoffs last year resulted in losing key people with decades of knowledge. Now we're left with fewer people to do more work on old hardware, with no budget to refresh.
There are more layoffs in the works.
The new CEO has issued a return to office order, effective September 1st. Instead of getting to work from home and only going on site when absolutely necessary, now we'll be expected to be on site at least four days a week.
Realize that all of your cost-cutting actions have seriously damaged morale.
