Excellent benefits. Excellent school for OJT.
Working around the clock, including weekends and holidays.
Meetings from home late at night on high frequency and expectation to get to the fab in case of issue.
Learning is quite poor.
I would upskill the training program. Today, lots of e-learning are available. I'd suggest the management build strong 101 classes, unfortunately missing.
They described the position for a few minutes and then started right away with two hours of questions. Some of the topics were: * Probability * Dynamic programming * C programming * Pointers * Combinatorics * Algorithmic questions/riddles
One interview. It was a very pleasant and professional interview. Everyone was really kind, and the interview had good vibes. They also asked me to read about technology I had never heard of and explain it to them.
I had an on-site interview where I was asked to implement a hash table with a buffer of size 1000 and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) behavior, similar to a cyclic buffer.
