Pros

Good salary; work is not very demanding. Good work-life balance.

Cons

Once you start, your salary is set and there are not very good opportunities for advancement. You have grade levels 55, 56, and 57. They do not want to promote you out of your role, which is limited to those three levels of promotion. You get a 10% raise when you go from one grade level to the next.

Advice to Management

We need to create job opportunities for Manufacturing Technicians.
