Great place to work. Just know your responsibilities and duties, and be a critical thinker. You get a lot of exercise when walking back and forth from different machines. Managers will let you know if you are doing poorly, but will give you lots of productive feedback. As soon as I qualify for another contract, I would definitely work there again.
I had no problems with working there, but wearing PPE can be uncomfortable sometimes.
Putting the PPE suit on and taking it off 4 times a day can be hard to get used to.
You have to wait 6 months after you work there to reapply again.
I've had a phone screening, twice now. As a former employee, I'm trying to be rehired. I had a great experience finally, after 10 years of trying to get my foot back in the door. I was terminated because of an MLOA I couldn't recover from fast enoug
A basic electronics test was given. Two people interviewed me, and they were very respectful and nice. Basically, the test was the hard part of the interview process. The one-on-one interview was laid back and very easy.
I applied online and received a phone interview a week later. It took about 25 minutes. Questions were mainly on basic electronics and behavioral topics. The interviewer also laid out the work schedule.
