Pros

Get to see the end-to-end operation of the whole factory.

Cons

Touches all parts of Intel, so the scope of work may be very huge, especially if in TD. Not much time in between meetings to complete actual tasks needed. Some meetings are important, so it sometimes can become a catch-22 situation too often.

Advice to Management

Get to know each direct report on an individual level.

Get to know what motivates them and how long they take to complete a task.

Make it a weekly priority to use 1:1s to listen intently to reports to see what roadblocks they have and help find a path to remove them.

This would be a good start to help employees perform better.
