Good work. Nice work culture. Career opportunities.
All good.
Only work-life balance should be there.
I had two interviews by phone. The first round was general. The second round was an actual technical round. I was about to go for the last round. There was no funding, so they had to close this position.
Initial communication was by email, and I had to fill out many forms. Then, a representative called me to schedule an interview with three technical leaders. The interview was face-to-face and in Spanish. After 15 days, I received an offer.
The interview went on for around 75-90 minutes. It started with introductions, company culture, and customer requirements. Initially, simple C/C++ code snippets were asked to determine the final output. Later, there were 3-4 questions regarding me
