Great place to work.
Most cutting-edge product development.
Opportunity in multiple technologies/disciplines.
Good benefits.
Longer decision-making needs to be fixed, which is due to a bigger hierarchy.
Keep focus and do not impact decisions due to lower ASPs, as that might be the hard future to live with.
Try to develop products in a single site instead of cross-site, which is highly efficient.
I applied using a referral. The process took about one week for the initial resume screening. The interview process took one complete day. I was interviewed at Intel Corporation (Bangalore) in February 2016.
Had 5 rounds in total, 1 with the manager and the rest with tech leads. The interview was average, not too hard. Need to be strong in the basics of UVM and SystemVerilog.
The interview was considered easier than at other companies. It basically walked through my resume and asked questions about the work I had done in previous companies. The people I interacted with were very polite.
