Good work-life balance. Good facility on campus and WFH setup reimbursement.
You have to look for good work. Very few teams are working on good projects. Projects get closed very often. Lot of integration and validation projects at the India site. Doesn't get any serious development experience in most of the teams. Don't value software much. Worked for 4 years but didn't get promoted just because my projects got closed frequently, so I had to change teams. Many managers I was under didn't support innovation. Government employee mindset in most employees. Employees come at 9 AM and leave early at 4/5 PM. In some teams, managers hold meetings even at dinner and lunch time while they would be eating. Very hectic schedule/deadline for some time. Very slow growth in career. Low salary compared to the market.
Please bring good work to the India site. If people are working in integration/validation teams, allow them to develop more skills.
Improve the salary structure and growth perspective.
A series of coding, algorithms, and problem-solving questions asking how to arrive at a solution. This involved a total of 5 rounds of interviews with multiple software engineers, senior engineers, and a hiring manager.
A good and interactive experience. The interviewer was friendly and helpful, providing hints to answer problems in some places. I would highly recommend Intel as a choice for freshers; they will experience good growth.
On-campus interviews, while varying slightly, generally follow a structured process designed to efficiently evaluate candidates. Here's a breakdown: Pre-Placement Talk: Companies begin with presentations detailing their profile, culture, and job rol
