Excellent work-life balance. Recently, a family emergency arose, and I had to work from home for two weeks. This was after taking a long vacation. I worked out a plan with my manager and started working from home.
It is too big a place to have your ideas heard. You need to be connected.
But I guess it is like that in big corporations.
Continue what you are doing, but do increase the salaries. It has been a long time since we've seen small incremental increases in compensation.
