Big name company.
Technology focused.
Benefits package is decent. No 401k, but an internal pension plan which is reasonably good.
Decent leave/vacation options. Decent insurance options. Has a paid sabbatical for employees every 7 years.
Big, unresponsive management.
Their compensation is not at par with the industry.
Slow to react to market dynamics.
Has been repeatedly accused previously of mistreating employees.
There have been regular layoffs in the last few years, so there is no job security.
Improve compensation and benefits packages in order to attract the best talent.

Had a phone interview with a hiring manager. It was mostly behavioral. I was called for an on-site interview. The on-site consisted of 6 rounds with a 15-minute break, including a lunch interview. There was a mix of coding and behavioral questions
This was an interview conducted over a phone call. Firstly, the interviewer introduced their team and expressed respect for our work. Their team is working on supercomputers. As a software team, they are conducting testing on this new supercomputer
Two phone screens and a panel interview. The panel consisted of five people. It lasted most of the day, and they took me to lunch. I spent a lot of time sitting. The interview was a bit unstructured.
