Fantastic work culture.
Very good support from top management, but again, the middle layer most of the times would eat you up.
Some of the best brains.
Abundant learning opportunities if one really wants to learn.
If you can reach a person of vision, they will encourage you like anything.
Extremely good work-life balance (sometimes spoiled by your manager).
Overall, one of the best companies to work for.
Insecure middle and first-level managers compete with their own employees.
Negative attitude of some (not all) first-level managers in solving issues; they target the person instead of the problem.
High ego levels of first and second-level managers make you feel as if they are paying you from their own pocket.
Unnecessary levels of hierarchy.
If you polish his/her boots, you are great.
Don't be a good samaritan, nor an employee with vision – you will get sucked.
Poor performance management – they seriously need to think about it.
Punish performance is sometimes the motto – beware of performing beyond your manager or even higher. :)
Keep an eye on those middle-layer people who are hindering those grass-roots people from getting exposed. They compete with their own employees. They want to live in their own kingdom.
Relaxed, informal, simple interview for an internship, focusing less on technical questions but more on assessment of team spirit, leadership quality, attitude, and value system. I suppose the CV [covered/spoke about] the level of education, exposur
Not too bad, but some interviewers were very rude and had an attitude. I was not happy to talk to them. Some interviewers were very rude and had an attitude, and I was not happy to talk to them.
Interview in the company office: * Explanation about the role * Tell me about yourself * What electrical engineering courses did you take? * Deep dive about a project * Two technical questions
