Pros

Good, passionate engineers. If you're on the right spot, there is a lot to learn. If you're lucky to have a good mentor, and if interested, you'll learn a lot. Pay is ok, but nothing special.

Cons

The most political place I've ever saw.

Career advancement is possible only if you're in the right "circle" and manager's parrot. Level of hypocrisy is unbearable.

Military structure with absolute zero trust in the worker bees. Hard working is punished; if you're good at office politics, you'll be promoted.

Advice to Management

Get rid of walls and politics. Let the people do their jobs and trust them.

Take care of your people and learn to tell the truth. Let people help each other, allow them to horizontally communicate.
