It started with a practice question before moving on to a phone screening. All of the questions corresponded almost directly with the job description. I wish I would have done just a little more review on some of the basics of OOP/SQL.

The process involved one phone call to ask some basic questions, and one online meeting to ask job-related questions. Neither was very difficult. The first interview was with the technical owner, while the second was with the manager.
