Go into the office and talk to the hiring manager and one of the engineers at the beginning. After that, they took me out for lunch. I rested for one hour and then had interviews for three more people.

Very good interview from the company, taking into account the courtesy they showed the participants for the Software Engineer job opening. Very attentive and kind.

Have lunch with the hiring manager and talk to five people on the panel, one at a time. The questions are not ideal for testing an experienced candidate. They judge you by specific questions without appreciating the candidate's working experience.
