You will learn nothing.
To get ahead and do anything meaningful is nearly impossible. If you try to, you will be beholden to sister teams doing nothing and your own teammates overestimating work. Don't shake the culture-type feel.
Pay is slightly above average as a general average, but very below for a top 100 company.
