I had one phone interview discussing my experience for a different position, which wasn't a good fit. Intel kept my resume, and I was later contacted about a job that worked better for me.

The process started with a general email to gauge my interest in a position. An hour-long phone interview was scheduled with three different people. Questions included a combination of technical and behavioral topics.

Hired after a 45-minute phone interview. Met my manager after orientation (about a half-day event).
