Great company, needs more offices in Russia

Pros: Great people - always ready to help the junior members of the team while treating them like equals.
Great office - canteen, cafeterias, even a room with all the musical equipment you can dream of.
Cons: Unfortunately, in Russia, there are not many city options, as offices are getting closed in St. Petersburg and Novosibirsk.

Cons: HR takes forever to do anything. Contributions don’t feel valued or meaningful, since you work on a small part of their overall software.
