Independence was a huge key. I was allowed to work on my own projects and fully contribute to the team project with no conflicts.
Great environment with people who are eager to help.
Too organized. Too many meetings, which results in people working over the allotted hours and work being done all at once, last minute, at the end of the day.
Very nice, casual interview with a number of people. Not many technical questions. I was expecting to receive some sort of exercise in the form of a programming challenge, but did not.
Very brief over-the-phone interview. No technical questions.
I had one phone interview discussing my experience for a different position, which wasn't a good fit. Intel kept my resume, and I was later contacted about a job that worked better for me.
