Honestly, I can't think of any.
I left because the last three teams included the following (see cons):
I was a full-time employee for 6 years, and a contractor for 4 years.
Too many uneducated managers and program managers who will throw you under the train rather than take responsibility for their own lack of skills.
Too many lab thieves, alcoholics, and druggies.
Weird employees dress like gutter punks, adult goths, or meth-addict homeless people. This also creates some severe social interaction issues and makes it very difficult to work with.
Smear campaigning, sabotage, general incompetence.
Racism is tolerated. Employees from other countries who hate Americans talk about us in their native languages, openly and while we stand right next to them. Many of us are educated and speak more than one language.
Internal and external hiring freezes last for YEARS.
Directors lie and lay off thousands to make the company "more diverse," whatever that means.
Hire educated managers.
Hire educated program managers.
