Work culture is fantastic. I can learn a lot from the folks here.
Base salary is not great.
Everything about this company is great, but one thing: Base salaries and yearly increments are not competitive at all.

One round phone interview. Four rounds of onsite interviews: * One round on Design (Computer Architecture) * Two rounds on Verification Given Verilog code and asked how it would get synthesized.

Two technical interviews were conducted. Questions included: * Testing ideas for a dummy program that takes 3 integers and outputs another integer. * A LeetCode question: find the minimal number of semi-binary numbers that sum up to a given number.
