Applied through consultancy. The interview process was quick. There was a face-to-face interview with two different people, each one lasting for about one hour. This was followed by a managerial round, all on the same day.
Questions
School type questions on Java features, SQL database, and design patterns. One person on the interview panel was very unfriendly.

Pros: 1. Great work-life balance.
2. Work from home, free food, free commute facility, and free snacks.
3. The company promotes learning new technologies by sponsoring training, certifications, etc.
Cons: 1. Managers judge you based on how much you talk and not by how much work you do.
2. Too much focus on visibility and showing off.
3. Internal mobility, although encouraged, but managers take revenge on employees by giving poor ratings.
4. Lot of politics for hikes and promotion.
5. Frequent re-organizations and layoffs.
