- Two managerial rounds
- HR round
The entire process took a week to finish, after which HR called for salary negotiation.
Not much difficult to clear the technical round.

Pros: I have been in this company a pretty long time, and it all started with good things.
Great services, food, pantry, gifts, work-life balance, spotlights, decent managers, etc.
Cons: All turning to nightmare now.
1. Worst managers and leadership I have seen in my entire 12+ year career.
2. If you want promotion, be ready to do butter polishing, or what not.
3. Favoritism is at the root: Choose a puppet, make their work-life balance worst, and then promote them further. Give all high-value work to this butter-polishing guy.
4. Ignore the real talent; waste them in unnecessary work damaged by someone else.
