Full Stack Developer Interview Experience - Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel

Process
I had a 30-minute interview with HR. They spoke most of the time, describing the position and the company.
In the end, they said I don't have experience in GraphQL, so I'm not relevant for the position. This was strange because the job description listed it as an advantage, and I never claimed to have experience in it.

Pros: Friendly and helpful teammates.
Solid onboarding process.
Was grateful that I was given an opportunity to code React front-end web apps with this company. It was challenging, but in a good way, to keep up with their systems and capabilities using a modern tech stack they had in place.
Cons: I didn’t like how contractors didn’t get the opportunity to join team meetings with directors of the product I was developing, and also other team meetings. I also didn’t like how, as a contractor, I had to ask for reviews every once in a while, as I was told the managers are technically not allowed to coach due to Intuit policies based on past lawsuits.
