Pros: Employee-first approach; the only company I know that keeps saying employees are the number 1 asset and acts in that way. Cutting-edge technologies, endless opportunities to grow, always looking for employee feedback, and you can feel your voice being heard. Competitive compensation and a very nice package of benefits, including health insurance and well-being plans. Intuit measures itself against the big FAANG companies. The move to Intuit was trajectory-changing for my career.

Cons: They take Corona still very seriously, too serious in my opinion.

Pros: Flexible working hours and a supportive environment in a learning atmosphere.

Cons: Too many teams overlapping over the same work.

Pros: Honestly, none. This is the worst place I've worked in.

Cons: Poor leadership, abusive coworkers, bad communication.
