Pros: Salary is good if you have negotiated well.
Relaxed environment.
Cons: Good place to learn politics.
Not innovating enough.
Do not have a future roadmap for platform teams; they just do minor changes and bug fixing.
Won't get challenging work.
I will not advise this company to a fresher. There is no learning for them.
Sometimes managers are not from a development background; they undermine your contribution if you are not working on a business feature. Tech work is not appreciated.
