Salary is good if you have negotiated well.
Relaxed environment.
Good place to learn politics. Not innovating enough. Do not have a future roadmap for platform teams; they just do minor changes and bug fixing. Won't get challenging work. I will not advise this company to a fresher. There is no learning for them. Sometimes managers are not from a development background; they undermine your contribution if you are not working on a business feature. Tech work is not appreciated.
You are going to lose talent soon.
You will be left with people who just know politics and know that they cannot go anywhere else in the market.
