Process
It was a very nice experience with the Intuit interview process. They were very professional.
I received a call from Intuit HR for a telephonic round. Since my office is close to Intuit, I requested a face-to-face interview. HR accepted this request.
The first round of technical interview was very good; it was more practical than theoretical. I cleared the first round and, after two days, they scheduled my second technical round. This also went well.
Stick to what you know. Be confident in what you are saying.
After this, I had a manager round. He was very professional. Following this, I had a formal HR round.
After two days, HR contacted me and confirmed my offer.

Nice company for engineers

Pros: A good company, particularly for engineers.
Although I have been working here for only two months, I have had the privilege of knowing the company very well. Many of my friends who have been working in this company for more than five years also share the same perspective. I heard that people/engineers are so pampered that their efficiency or productiveness automatically decreases. I differ from that. We, as Indians, are really ready to be grinded by managers and others and think that is frugal and ordinary in a working culture. Intuit is different, where respect is there, and that is the best quality I would say for this company.
Cons: There is a lot of competition/politics going on in the engineering/management community to impress/show-off their respective managers. Almost everybody (not all) seems to want to impress their bosses. In this process, real innovation, hard work, and creativity take a side lane many of the times, and it becomes a demo-able business many a times. I also saw that many employees complain about not getting even a 10% hike in annual appraisals, but I'm not sure about this. Intuit is famous for its payscales and should rather not do this with its employees. Again, the managers have to become more active on this front.

Pros: - Autonomy and flexibility are highly valued, allowing employees to manage their work-life balance effectively.
- Supports career growth through internal mobility.
- The perks are generous, including competitive benefits packages.
- Stock refreshers are excellent, especially for high-performing employees, making the total compensation very attractive.
Cons: So far, it's good, and I didn't see any issues.

Pros: The company has great revenue and is known for very popular products like QuickBooks, TurboTax, and Credit Karma.
Cons: On the technical side, not as part of the FAANG companies.
