Pros: Great company to work for. Good benefits.

Cons: Old stack, sometimes the decision making is slow.

Pros: Good work-life balance. Office commute. Opportunity to learn new technology.

Cons: Too much Brahmin casteism; non-Brahmins cannot grow.

Pros: They pay well when you join. They give free food and transport. They give NPS.

Cons: Pathetic middle management. Small business group leadership is the worst. Most middle-level managers at previous companies got busted (AOL/Failed Startups/Yahoo/Sun). Too much politics – regional (Bengali/Tamil). SPNs are given to talented, hard-working, non-boot-licking members, while boot-lickers get promotions and travel to the US way too often. No competent Technical Architects. They just bluff around. No innovation from IDC in the last 5 years. All is support work. No one moves to Google or Facebook from here. People escape to LinkedIn, Startups, Australia/Canada, and for MS. Marketing with a lot of social media, including paid "Great Place to Work For" awards. Invests more on social media gags than on improving technical competency. Vendors are chosen based on relationships. One director's better half's company is now a prominent vendor, and they don't have to clear any interviews.
