The process began with a written test consisting of 3 coding questions. I had to complete any 2 out of 3 within 1.5 hours.
This was followed by 4 rounds of interviews, all conducted on the same day.
I was rejected after the 2nd round. During the written test, the questions were not entirely clear. Although the interviewers who discussed the solutions were friendly and facilitated good interactive discussions, the lack of clarity in the questions created ambiguity, which ultimately affected the rest of the interview.
Both interview rounds had a two-member panel. The focus of the interviews was primarily to evaluate core Java skills, data structures, basic programming, OOPs concepts, and past work history and projects.
One panelist focused on precise solutions, while the others concentrated on the approach.
The required Java skillset included experience with Big Data and handling large datasets and file sizes.
