I received an email from a TA person, followed by a phone discussion with a coordinator. Surprisingly, it seems a company like Intuit does not pay much attention to its TA professionals. There was no initial discussion from a recruiter to learn more about my technical skills and evaluate further. Then, a coordinator called me at 9 PM to check my availability without introducing herself. During the call, she spoke as if she knew me well, saying, "Okay da." It was hilarious to know such people work in TA at a company like Intuit. I wonder about the recruitment manager's skills.

Regardless, after my phone discussion, there were four onsite interview rounds.
