The technical process was pathetic and terrible, and not at all organized. Their recruiters need to know that they are wasting candidates' time and energy. They should review it and make sure it doesn't happen to other candidates.

Timeline of events:

1. She called me somewhere in mid-May. We decided on a date where she would send me a tech assignment, and the next day I would present the demo to the interview panel.

2. She forgot to send the assignment and never picked up the phone (PS: I didn't have her email ID).

3. Fast forward 15 days: she called and said she would send the assignment.

4. I did the assignment, and the next day, no one showed up for the interview.

5. I dropped an email to her; she never saw it.

6. Fast forward one week: she again scheduled the interview for a demo walkthrough.

7. I dropped an email for feedback two days after the interview.

8. She called and said the feedback was positive and she would schedule the next two technical rounds for July 1, 2021.

9. She just sent an email with a Zoom link. We had not decided on a time as she said she would check the panel availability and get back to me on timings for the second half.

10. On the day of the interview, I had called her to know the timings.

11. Twenty minutes into the interview, no one showed up. She called and asked me to reschedule because apparently, the panel had not accepted the invite.

12. She found someone to take my interview and asked me to join the call, which I did. However, the interviewer was under the impression that it was a crafts demo round.

13. He was not prepared to take the interview. Though it was for a front-end position, he asked me back-end questions.

14. I had one more round scheduled, and again, no one showed up.

15. I called her and dropped an email.

16. She called me after an hour, saying the feedback was not positive.
