I submitted an application via their job board and received correspondence two months later requesting a phone screening. The phone screening was the typical getting-to-know-you session, followed by a live screen-share coding session.
After that, I was invited to a four-person interview that required me to prepare a craft project. The interview lasted just over four hours and began with an hour of me demonstrating the project, then spending time with each of the individual group interviewers.
I loved this format and felt the interview went well. The following week, the recruiter phoned me and presented an offer, which I gladly accepted. It is my opinion that this company is on top of its game, and it shows.
