Process
The phone screening was very relaxed and cool. I was asked C++ and design pattern questions.
A week later, I had an onsite interview with five people: two developers, one QA, one architect, and one HR recruiter.
I was asked to solve IQ puzzles and programming puzzles on a whiteboard. They emphasized both technical and interpersonal skills.
