Pros: Intuit has a positive working culture and productive environment. So far, I feel like I have learned a lot and am continuing to benefit my career.

Cons: I have not encountered many cons at Intuit. The interview process could be more standardized so that people know what to expect.

Pros: Competitive pay & benefits.

Cons: Technically mediocre workforce. Tasks are never challenging. Waterfall model masquerading as agile. You'll miss an opportunity to be mentored by good devs because there just aren't many. Intuit has been stagnant for a long while and is slowly being eaten by the cancer of middle managers/architects. This is even assuming you won't be bitten by politics and backstabbing that this culture engenders. Many interns lack a well-defined project of their own. The upside for some is work/life balance, there being very little work that you can reasonably put in.

Pros: Great pay, accommodating people, interesting work.

Cons: The day can be filled with many meetings.
