I got the interview from a recruiter through LinkedIn.
There were three rounds in all: two telephonic and one onsite interview. The whole process lasted about three to four months!
The first round was with a senior developer. The second round focused mostly on managerial questions with the product manager. The final, onsite interview had four rounds.
The questions asked weren't that difficult, but they wanted to ensure they were hiring the right candidate. :)
They asked both technical and HR questions throughout.
