It was a campus interview with two interviewers. They asked me two technical questions, and then there was a behavioral interview. This was refreshing because many companies don't care about your personality and how you get along with others.

Pros: Excellent pay and benefits package. Good company culture in general. Innovation and new ideas are welcome and rewarded.
Cons: Intuit always seems to be trying to play catch-up with smaller, more agile companies that threaten disruption, often shifting priorities to meet the latest "threat".
Cumbersome and time-consuming review process.
Career opportunities are probably more prevalent in the Mountain View office.
