3. The company promotes learning new technologies by sponsoring training, certifications, etc.
Cons: 1. Managers judge you based on how much you talk and not by how much work you do.
2. Too much focus on visibility and showing off.
3. Internal mobility, although encouraged, but managers take revenge on employees by giving poor ratings.
4. Lot of politics for hikes and promotion.
5. Frequent re-organizations and layoffs.
