Pros: Good work environment and team.

Cons: Less pay than other companies

Pros: - Great work environment. - Helpful employees. - Ability to work on projects which impact the company (real responsibilities as interns/co-ops). - Good work/life balance. - Fantastic relocation benefits.

Cons: - Some legacy code, but transitioning to newer systems.

Pros: - Overall, a good place to work (although the culture can vary from team to team and across BUs). - Compensation is pretty good, and people usually respect each other. - It has its quirks, and sometimes you need to work long hours, but management makes an effort to compensate you for it (with flexible work hours) and a decent bonus (sometimes more than 100% of what's on your offer letter). - Work can be interesting depending on the team you are in. - Annual Employee Surveys allow you to rate your manager and reporting chain, and it's usually taken seriously by upper management. - I've seen a change for the positive over the last 8 years, and the company does make improvements in the fields it declares it wants to improve.

Cons: Growth prospects can be confusing, with no clear path to promotions defined in some cases. Roles and responsibilities for roles like Staff Engineer and Architect can vary drastically depending on the team. In some cases, you need to be highly technical and code, whereas in others they act more like managers. There is bureaucracy, and you need to jump through hoops to get things done.
