Pros: Front-line employees can influence the product direction. They are very customer-focused and care about employees.
Cons: Intuit is in a technology time warp. It lags behind the rest of the software industry by 15-20 years. It is very difficult to get promoted internally. Decision-making is very, very centralized. Employees have decision-making authority or accountability.
