Process

A group of 10-12 people was formed at 8:00 AM. An HR person assured us that we would all be interviewed for different positions and that we were not competing.

After this announcement, the HR personnel managed us, guiding us from office to office interchangeably. This meant the same interviewers spoke to each of us in turn.

The questions were divided into general categories, such as describing your biggest achievement/failure and why you want to join the company, and technical questions.

Some interviewers asked strictly technical questions, some asked only general questions, and some asked questions from both categories.

I was very impressed when I learned that all of the interviewers had passed training on how to interview candidates and followed instructions regarding what questions to ask.

Questions

What is the biggest achievement when you worked on your project?

One of the interviewers gave me a piece of code where a 'while' loop incorporated several embedded 'for' loops, and several variables were initialized in one of the loops. They asked me to describe what this code was doing.
