Process
I received an email from a recruiter asking if they could submit my resume to their client. The skills needed matched what I had, though it was more technical. I proceeded with the opportunity, and the recruiter called me for an initial phone screen. I passed, and she informed me that I would have an interview with the client after two days.
On the day of the interview with the client, I was very nervous. I had prepared all my notes about my past experiences and job performance. However, I was not asked any behavioral or situational questions at all. The entire interview was very technical and lasted less than ten minutes.
