Open dialogs, training, and a positive approach between managers, directs, and those who seem to go all the way to the top. Technology is being revised constantly, and new solutions are experimented with in a proactive manner. Engineers are encouraged to grow, challenge themselves, and plenty of tools and opportunities are provided. Projects have a generally good infrastructure that provides many important services out of the box in a useful way.

Cons: Stock value has not recovered despite large value-engendering steps and big investments into the AI space. Some processes are exhaustively difficult to put together because of complicated systems and legacy. Old technical choices linger, and large-scale operations are extremely hard to change and make flexible again.

Pros: They have great benefits and compensation.

Cons: No work-life balance, toxic environments, and a lot of politics and favoritism.
