Literally, I was surprised. Full-time employees, be it a manager or SE2, they won't even say HI to you just because you are a contractor.
It's fine if you won't be invited for company-paid lunches or something. But let me tell you, humanity has died here. They won't ask you to participate in some FTE birthday celebration happening just next to you.
All FTEs and their managers have failed as humans here.
If you are a girl, especially, please don't join here. They can put pictures of giving goodies to workers, but there's nothing for you here, not even respect. Don't give yourself trauma by working here.
In fact, before flexi-seats, they had separate seats for CWs. My God, one small bench and chair facing the wall for someone who is a manager in their parent company and has been working here for the last 8 years. God knows how they were dealing with it for so many years.
