Too much politics
Great business model, dollars keep rolling in. Great immediate team members. Employee-friendly culture.
Politics in the Small Business Group is mind-numbing. I saw dysfunction at many levels.
Teams pushed for projects that were politically advantageous to their leaders, not what was best for the business or customers.
Rehire the director+ population. Dinosaurs are keeping the company from reaching its true potential.
