Pros

The company cares about the physical well-being of employees.

It pays well above service companies.

It's not a bad option for graduate engineers if they want to gather some experience before pursuing higher studies.

It's a good company if you just want a job and don't want to pursue a career.

Cons
  • No scope for growth in India (IDC). There is a glass ceiling which is more than a glass ceiling.
  • None of the interesting work happens in India. Most of the times, IDC is just a back office.
  • Not a good place to be for passionate (about CS or career) people. Very quickly you will find yourself in the cross-hairs and will definitely be pulled down.
