Pros

Salary, Facilities, Food, Cab.

Company will spend a lot on you, almost unnecessarily.

Cons

Work-life balance is very bad (depends on your project).

Too much talking, no output. You will be in meetings all day and working from home at night.

Lot of politics. It's all about how much you can influence others. You need to sell yourself. Only work will not do.

Frequent re-orgs. You never know when you'll lose your job and for no reason.

Advice to Management

Too many talks of innovation, but no output.
