Culture is getting toxic day by day. Favouritism is prioritized, politics are entertained, and long working hours are getting glorified. The company's deteriorating culture is pretty much visible in the Great Place to Work ranking. HR kept postponing my interviews for 3-4 months due to a lack of panel availability. The biggest problem is that they are giving open-ended problems but looking for specific answers. Interviewers are not interested in participating in any discussion
The interview process will be conducted in 6 rounds: 1. Phone/Skype screening for SSE. 2. DS & Algo questions on various topics. 3. Technical round (face-to-face, 1:1). 4. Technical round (face-to-face, 1:3, including project discussion). 5. Manager
