Everyone knows Intuit wins lots of 'best place to work for' awards on various platforms worldwide. And rightly so.
I love working here. It sets the perfect note on work-life balance, while keeping the work challenging.
Here are a few of the major takeaways for anyone planning for a career switch, and I will be completely honest:
Without even a second thought, I can say it's the best place I have worked for, much better than Amazon, my previous employer.
International relocation, even though promoted by leaders, is generally not followed much. It's difficult to move to the US from India, as recruiters and hiring managers are not keen on going through the international relocation process. It's not impossible, but very difficult.
Also, I would like to see more technical presence in Europe.
We should expand more on FinTech or related verticals, opening up more opportunities and choices for Engineers to work and innovate. I am not a business expert and would really love to see Intuit expanding its horizons, as seen in the recent past with the acquisition of Credit Karma and MailChimp.

It was a very nice experience with the Intuit interview process. They were very professional. I received a call from Intuit HR for a telephonic round. Since my office is close to Intuit, I requested a face-to-face interview. HR accepted this request
Very technical in nature, lots of coding questions like data structures, algorithms, and design questions.
