Pros

I have been in this company a pretty long time, and it all started with good things.

Great services, food, pantry, gifts, work-life balance, spotlights, decent managers, etc.

Cons

All turning to nightmare now.

  1. Worst managers and leadership I have seen in my entire 12+ year career.
  2. If you want promotion, be ready to do butter polishing, or what not.
  3. Favoritism is at the root: Choose a puppet, make their work-life balance worst, and then promote them further. Give all high-value work to this butter-polishing guy.
  4. Ignore the real talent; waste them in unnecessary work damaged by someone else.
Advice to Management

Start taking the Pulse survey seriously.

Managers are taking advantage of new joiners to get higher numbers. They are either innocent or do not know the facts.
